TITLE SIXTEEN. Responsibilities and Sanctions

On the employer that infringes the provisions of Article 23, first paragraph of this Law, it shall be punished with imprisonment of 1 to 4 years and a fine of 250 to 5000 times the Unit of Measurement and Updating.
