TITLE SIXTEEN. Responsibilities and Sanctions

On the employer that violates the prohibitions contained in Article 133 sections XIV and XV, and the standards that govern the work of women and of minors, a fine equivalent to 50 to 2500 times the Unit of Measurement and Updating shall be imposed.
