TITLE SIXTEEN. Responsibilities and Sanctions

On the shipowner, shipping company or charterer, a fine shall be imposed for the equivalent of:
I.From 50 to 500 times the Unit of Measurement and Updating, if it does not comply with the provisions contained in Articles 204, section II, and 213, section II, and
II.From 50 to 2500 times the Unit of Measurement and Updating, on the one that does not comply with the obligation set out in Article 204, section IX.
