Article 37 Federal Criminal Code

The reparation of damage shall be ordered to be made effective, in the same form as the fine. Once the judgment (sentencia) that imposes such reparation becomes final, the court that has pronounced it shall immediately forward a certified copy of it to the competent fiscal authority and the latter, within the three following days of the receipt of said copy, shall initiate the coercive-economic procedure, notifying thereof the person in whose favor it has been decreed, or his legal representative.
