TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER III. Employees of vessels

Employees are especially obligated to respect and carry out the instructions and practices destined to prevent risks of the sea, which shall be carried out in the terms determined by the laws and provisions on communications by water. The captains and officers shall act, in these cases, as representatives of the authority and not as representatives of the employers.
