TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER III. Employees of vessels

The temporary laying-up of a vessel which, authorized by the Court, does not terminate the employment relationships, only suspends their effects until the vessel returns to service.
Repairs to vessels shall not be considered as temporary laying-up.
