Article 330-K Federal Labor Law

The Labor Inspectors have the following special attributions and duties:

I.Verify that the employers keep a record of the supplies delivered to the employees in the teleworking modality, in compliance with the obligations of safety and health at work;

II.Ensure that the wages are not less than those paid in the company to the in-person employee with equal or similar functions;

III.Verify the due compliance with the special obligations established in this Chapter.
