The convocation shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) or in the official newspaper of the State (federal entity) and in the newspapers or by the media that are judged adequate, and shall indicate the place where the convention is to be held and the date and time of the inaugural meeting. The date of the meeting shall be indicated within a term of not less than thirty days.
