Article 412 Federal Labor Law

The contract-law shall contain:

I.The names and addresses of the labor unions of employees and of the employers that attended the convention;

II.The State or States, the zone or zones that it covers or the expression that it governs in the entire national territory;

III.Its validity, which may not exceed two years;

IV.The working conditions indicated in Article 391, sections IV, V, VI and IX;

V.The rules according to which the plans and programs for the implementation of training and instruction in the branch of industry in question shall be formulated; and,

VI.The other stipulations that the parties agree upon.
