Article 413 Federal Labor Law

TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER IV. Contract-Law

In the contract-law the clauses referred to in Article 395 may be established. Their application shall correspond to the labor union that administers the contract-law in each company.
