TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER VIII. Collective termination of employment relationships

The termination of the employment relationships as a consequence of the closure of the companies or establishments or of the definitive reduction of their work, shall be subject to the provisions of the following articles.
