Article 544 Federal Labor Law

It is prohibited for the Labor Inspectors:

I.To have direct or indirect interest in the companies or establishments subject to their oversight;

II.To reveal the industrial or commercial secrets and the procedures of manufacturing and exploitation that they learn in the exercise of their functions; and

III.To represent or sponsor the employees or the employers in the labor conflicts.
