Article 545 Federal Labor Law
TITLE ELEVEN. Labor Authorities and Social Services · CHAPTER V. Labor inspection

The Labor Inspection shall be composed of a General Director and the number of Inspectors, men and women, deemed necessary for the fulfillment of the functions mentioned in article 540. The appointments shall be made by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare and by the Governments of the States (federal entities).
