Article 684-I Federal Labor Law

The conciliator shall have public attestation powers to certify:

I.The instruments with which the parties accredit the legal standing and identity with which they appear at the hearing, for the purpose of keeping a copy in the respective file;

II.Everything that he/she records in the proceedings of the conciliation procedure and, where applicable, the agreements reached by the parties, and

III.The copies of the agreements that are entered into in his/her presence.
