TITLE THIRTEEN BIS · CHAPTER III. On the Procedure for the Selection of Conciliators

The purpose of the procedure and the criteria for selecting conciliators is to guarantee the autonomy of their actions and compliance with the principles that govern labor conciliation, as well as to accredit their suitability based on the assessment of the competences required for the performance of their functions, based on the application of technical, reliable and pertinent instruments.
