TITLE THIRTEEN BIS · CHAPTER III. On the Procedure for the Selection of Conciliators

The selection procedure shall be carried out through a competition, whose call must be public and open.
The calls must be published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) or in the official dissemination organs of the states (federal entities) and on the Internet portal of the Conciliation Center, where it must be published permanently while the competition is being carried out.
