Article 684-M Federal Labor Law

The selection procedure for conciliators must guarantee that the applicants have the following skills, abilities and competences:

a)General knowledge of law and specific knowledge in labor matters;

b)Analysis and resolution of disputes;

c)Conflict management, and

d)Aptitudes in the conciliatory function.
