Article 72 Federal Labor Law

When the employee does not render his services during all the working days of the week, or when on the same day or in the same week he renders his services to several employers, he shall be entitled to be paid the proportional part of the wage of the rest days, calculated on the wage of the days on which he had worked or on that which he had received from each employer.
