In the cases of the preceding article the employees and the employers shall determine the number of employees who must render their services. If no agreement is reached, the Court shall resolve.
The employees shall remain obligated to render the services and shall be entitled to be paid, independently of the wage corresponding to them for the mandatory rest, a double wage for the service rendered.
