The Congress shall meet starting on 1 September of each year to hold a first period of ordinary sessions, and starting on 1 February to hold a second period of ordinary sessions.
In both Periods of Sessions the Congress shall attend to the study, discussion and voting of the Law Initiatives presented to it and to the resolution of the other matters that correspond to it in accordance with this Constitution.
In each Period of Ordinary Sessions the Congress shall attend preferentially to the matters indicated by its Organic Law.
