The two Chambers shall reside in one same place and may not move to another without first agreeing on the transfer and on the time and manner of carrying it out, designating one same point for the meeting of both. But if the two agreeing on the transfer differ as to the time, manner and place, the Executive shall end the difference, choosing one of the two extremes in question. No Chamber may suspend its sessions for more than three days, without the consent of the other.
