TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER XII. On Evidence · Section Two. On the Confessional
Current text · last reform published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on 14 May 2026
The judge shall order that the persons answering the interrogatories be summoned personally or through their attorneys-in-fact, warning them that, if they do not appear on the day and hour set, they shall be deemed confessed as to the interrogatories formulated to them.
The judge may reduce the number of persons whose summons is requested to produce the confessional evidence, when he considers that their statements may result in a useless repetition on the same facts, or when he perceives that an unnecessary delay of the proceeding will be caused.
