TITLE SIXTEEN. Responsibilities and Sanctions

The employer that does not comply with the rules that determine the percentage or the exclusive utilization of Mexican employees in the companies or establishments shall be imposed a fine for the equivalent of 250 to 2500 times the Unit of Measurement and Updating.
